Project Story
As the second largest fast food restaurant chain in Malaysia in terms of outlets, McDonald’s takes great care in preserving its brand image on every level, from menus to its store ambience.
In the recent make-over of their first ever outlet at Jalan Bukit Bintang, the retail giant invested millions into refurbishing its 35-year-old restaurant to update its look and service in order to reflect the times. Apart from working closely with its architects, interior designers as well as suppliers to introduce self-ordering-kiosks, cashless transaction convenience and high-speed WiFi, they engaged Johnson Tiles to help create a warm and welcoming ambience for families that would exude the contemporary essence of a modern-day hipster café.
The edgy, yet raw style of the Cemento and Urban Cement ranges from our Concrete collection was aptly selected to achieve this objective.
